I went to his office and told him the trouble I had because my W2's were sent to Arcata instead same address in Eureka where I live! He did 2years taxes 24' and 25' in less than hour and charged me 600$. After a while my return hadn't landed and I went back over paperwork and realized he sent it to same wrong address in Arcata! He never listened when I was sitting in his office letting him know what had went wrong! I called him and left message, after a week of no return call, I called him and explained situation, and he said he had a back direct line and could assist , he would make appointment and we could easily fix on phone! He never followed it up, never called back again, he took the money and ran like a criminal , giving me less than credible service and no consideration of the benefit I paid him for! I would not recommend this man to my enemy to do his taxes, everyone has a right to the services paid for and the resulting benefit of that agreement which he did not follow thru on! When I tried to address the ongoing problems I'd been having with Josh to his associate/partner (ponytail with glasses), he immediately cut me off and defended Josh, which says a lot about how seriously they take complaints, and indicative of a fetid, gangrenous rot, throughout the firm.
