Hopefully victor is not dead or in jail, which would cause him not to show up or answer our calls. He eventually called at 2pm. He did not have any valid reason why he missed the appointment. We had confirmed our appointment on two separate calls. We were able to find another contractor that showed up on time and did a great job. Also the new contractor was about $300 cheaper.
