Deputy's SHERROW & LACER used extreme force and police brutality on my disabled 87lbs wife for absolutely no reason. SHERROW grabbed my wife's arm as she was simply pointing to the camera my nabor has that is aimed into my window when she did SHERROW grabbed and twisted her arm behind her back and then proceeded to slamm her repeatedly over and over into the side of my house all while we were telling them she is disabled and has metal plates in her neck and a metal cage in her lower spine SHERROW did not care and continued to slamm her into my house SHERROW SLAMMED A DISABLED 87LBS WOMAN REPEATEDLY INTO THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE SO HARD HER GLASSES FLEW OFF 8 FEET FROM HER AND HAD PAINT FROM MY HOUSE ON HER SHIRT from being slammed into my house repeatedly then he took her to jail where she was instantly released and taken to the emergency room. POLICE BRUTALITY NEEDS TO STOP IT SHOULDN'T TAKE SHERROW KILLING SOMEONE before something is done. Officers need to be held responsible for their despicable actions that they perform behind their badges. I'm too poor to afford a lawyer as I work 3 jobs to support my family and my wife is disabled and doesn't have long to live. read more

I came home from overseas to find that my parents were suffering from abusive practices by their caregivers, assigned by a local business, after mom was released from Providene Hospital. Deputy Maynard took my reports on the previous two nights, and this was instrumental to lay the groundwork for Kennedy to be able to arrive armed with situational information. This teamwork appears to be part of why with stretched resources they were still able to effectively manage our problem. I was emotionally distraught and both Maynard and Kennedy were able to sort through my descriptions of events. Dep Sher Kennedy then put into place remedies that assured our safety and spoke clearly to my confused elderly parents, resulting in our now calm and happy household. read more

In reading over the reviews, it seems to me that the problem was with the reviewer, not the Sheriff. Complainers only use these reviews to vent on the Sheriff. My experience with the Sheriff's office over the last 25 years has always been positive. They are willing to put themselves in personal danger every time they have some involvement in a situation. Just think of what it takes to come onto a situation that requires decisions that are life changing. There is no telling what will occur, yet they saddle-up and take care of helping in everyway they can. Kudos to all our law enforcement officers.
