My grievance is not with them; it is with a corporate structure that sets both employees and customers up for failure. Key Issues: * Inaccurate Automated Communications: I frequently receive text notifications stating a prescription is ready or being filled, only to arrive and be told it has been "erased" from the active queue or is "hanging out in a box."
