I found this company on Thumb Tack. I submitted a request and was contacted quickly. The gentleman that called told me how to check the breaker before he came so he didn't have to charge me. I switched the breaker the way he instructed and the power came on. This was a very kind and honest gesture. The other company that contacted us from Thumb Tack stated thag he would charge me $189.00 to assess the issue. After I already told him thag I could see the breaker flipped. The work order gave a detailed description of the problem. We were told the warranty company denied the claim but we needed the work done and the electrician was already at our home. The bill was almost $600 for two hours labor, two outlets and two junction boxes. We've asked for an itemized bill three times but have yet to receive one. We were charged the two hours labor because the electrician did not have all of the parts for the job and we live in a rural area. The warranty company paid the service call. To make matters worse, the outlet installed for the stove clearly stated it was for camper use only and was not even an outlet for a stove. The electrician had to come correct his mistake. Fortunately, we were not charged for the second service call. The work was finally completed and is in working condition, but we have serious reservations about the integrity of this company.
