When my system started to run hot this month in 2026, I had them come out and I was told that the coils were indeed leaking, but they only had a FIVE year manufacturer warranty. The tech admitted that when they perform the install, it is a 10-year warranty. However, they magically had no record of installing the coils in 2019, and did not even have my information in their system. I had a couple thousand dollars of work done and they had no information on me? Odd. The tech said that if I can prove they did the work, like with a bank statement, they will honor the 10-year warranty. So I provided them with my bank statement from 2019, showing they did the work, and what I paid for it. I contacted their office and spoke with multiple people who said they would look into it but they never got back to me. I finally called again, and they stated they could not honor the 10-year warranty even though I provided the proof of original service that they asked for. They then quoted me an enormous price of $3,150 to do the job, but then back-pedaled and said they could do it for just $1,900 to "help me out". What they did not tell me, but I found myself reading the detailed print on the quote sheet, is that the $1,900 price only came with only a ONE year warranty. Not ten. Not five. ONE. I made every effort to work with them and gave them every chance to make it right, but eventually I just had another company come out and give me a second quote. The other company only wanted $2,000 to do the job with a FIVE year warranty. No hassle, no over-quoting, no misleading information. I also had the other company check the manufacturer warranty status of the coils that Edmond Air installed in 2019, and they confirmed Edmond Air NEVER EVEN REGISTERED the coils with the manufacturer in the first place for a warranty. So... Edmond Air lied about the ten year warranty, had no record of the original work they did, said they would honor warranty with proof but then did not, overquoted me in an attempt to make it seem like they were helping me with a lower price later, communicated poorly throughout the whole process, and never even registered the coils with the manufacturer for warranty in the first place. All of this hassle and poor service, and on top of all of it they were much more expensive than the other local company that I reached out to anyway. I would not do business with this company.

The day the work was to begin, they were two hours late. No call, just late. Then they left to "go to Home Depot for parts" and was gone nearly 3 hours. She called the owner who informed her he can't make them hurry back. They finally came in, pulled her carpet back and cut the concrete out. They didn't cover anything and had concrete dust flying through the house. She is 83 with breathing ailments but that doesn't seem to matter. Then they dug her yard up. Ok, they had to get under the foundation. Understandable. They fix the pipe and present her with a bill of over $2,700. Why? Because the owner of the company was there when the insurance adjuster was there and heard how much she was getting. They handed her the bill and left with her yard still dug up, concrete dust everywhere and her carpet not replaced. When she called about the carpet the owner told her they were not responsible for that and she would have to hire someone else to reinstall it. So she asks about her yard. The owner tells her he will get someone over to fill in the holes in a day or two. Now, mind you, she has spent a small fortune on her yard and is very picky since it looks like a golf course. A few days go by and no crew. She calls again. The owner tells her he's out of town but his crew won't fix the yard because they are not landscapers. So again, she is going to have to hire someone else to fix her yard. Not 10 minutes after the owner tells her he is put of town and won't help her he is at her front door demanding payment. He ended up taking her entire insurance settlement and left her to pay out of pocket for the carpet, the cleaning and the yard they screwed up. The entire ordeal ended up costing her over $4,000 when the original estimate was promised at $700 with everything being put back like they found it. He used the old "you remind me of my parents" line on her and then screwed her over. Please, don't ever use this company. There's an ugly gap there. Faucet for the outside of the house: Called them and described the problem. Faucet needs replaced, wanting one that needs only a 1/4 to 1/2 turn to fully turn off and on. It's what every other exterior faucet on my house is. Plumbers arrived, no such faucet on truck. Said they'd have to order one and come back. PITA. They did the easiest thing for them and put in a standard faucet. Won't be back.
