We went back this year. We asked for a different preparer. This one was a 1/2 hour late for our scheduled time. He also missed that I had overpaid my city taxes by $225. When called to ask how this was missed it was explained with a "we just enter data in to a computer program". Well I can do that, and I will in the future.
