I had an appt @ 5pm on April 14, 2025 @ Walmart in Red Oak. I got there @ 4:55. Tiffany Shaw eventually came around 5:15. She did my taxes and had me sign digitally. Every time I asked her what I was signing she kept saying it was just authorizing them to do my taxes. She was scrolling through the forms very quickly. When I was signing she never went over any #s with me. I told her I had questions and wanted to discuss. She became frustrated when she couldn't print out my refund because of a paper jam. I told her I wanted a printed copy for my records. She called Judith about the paper jam. She got it unharmed & printed my return. Handed me the papers, got up to leave, and pushed her chair in and never said another word. I was setting there in shock because that was unprofessional. I called Judith & she said she would speak with her. Just know that you have lost a valuable customer. You have done my refund for tax year 2014 and onwards. read more

The staff in this office are knowledgeable and great customer service providers. Erika one of the staff members is easy to work with during the process ,everything was completed in minimal time.
