The recording says 1) either leave your phone number they will call back - NEVER happens, or 2) stay on the li e & your call will be answered on the order received. ALSO NEVER HAPPENS. Sometimes you need to speak with a person, not use the app or online banking! Did an experiment today and was ON HOLD FOR OVER THIRTY MINUTES before I hung up.
