My husband and I travelled to Jackson Hole, WY last week with my husbands family. We decided to…read morerent a jogging stroller and some gates to make our trip easier and the house safer for our kids. The stroller showed up dirty and the baby gates did not fit the stairwells. I called Kristy the next day. I told her the gates did not work and that we would like to have them picked up and not be charged for the entire week. First of all the only way this Kristy women communicates is thru text messaging. I had already sent an email the previous week with no response. She told me she wasn't going to pick the gates up and make a special trip. We then offered to bring them to her. She said no. I asked her her about not charging us for the entire week since we weren't able to use them. She got back to me after I sent repeated texts saying that should would only charge us for one day. So a week later she texted me to make sure we put the gates and stroller out. I asked her in 2 different texts is she refunding us our money like she said. NO REPLY!!!! Needless to say it has been a few days with no response and no refunded money. BEWARE DO NOT USE this company for baby rental. They don't care about pleasing the customer, it was obvious to my husband and I that Kristy only cares about making some easy money.

Unfortunately none of them ever got back to me so I went with Ace Hardware. I was able to get a key made quickly and efficiently. The people at the register were friendly. Ace had a variety of different styles of keys but I went with a colored one so it would be easily identifiable against the others I have. It only cost me about five dollars for a single key.

We had been buying Pendleton products at the Old Faithful gift shops, such as the bison coaster…read morerugs, and thought the products were of high quality and cute. We wanted to buy a set of Indian art inspired coffee mugs and T-shirts, so we were really excited to find this big Pendleton store in town. But this store was not welcoming. There were only one staff at this large but narrow store. This staff was an old white woman, wearing a whitish cowboy hat on this day. We crossed her twice, closely, when we entered and exited the store. The store has very narrow walkways, she looked at us with unfriendly face as to say; what the hell are you doing here. No greetings or a smile, just mean stares! The second time when we cross her again on the way out, she looked at us with side eyes again, seems annoyed. This was unfortunate and abnormal, as we have been to many other stores in town. Everyone was friendly, greeted us and tried to help. Do not go here unless you want to be treated with a bad attitude. Management, if you care, we were at this store on Aug 30, 2024, around 10:30am.

Now we weren't in expensive looking clothes, warm comfy ones cause it was snowing outside. After we said we were looking around she got smirky and started looking busy and said she had an exclusive buyer coming in a minute and we needed to head out.
