After literally a half-hour on hold, I was offered another appointment more than 2 weeks later...20 days AFTER the initial appointment. This is no way to run a professional operation! They already use PAs and NPs to see patients - where are the doctors? I hope for a law that would prohibit medical facilities from using AI telephone answering systems. So for a visit with my previous cardiologist I just payed my copay and had Office Visit and EKG. With this group I had to pay almost 300.00 for my visit which is utterly ridiculous. Even though everything else was great I am going to drive to Birmingham instead of returning for another visit. So SAD!! I am giving a One for the rating because I was not informed at the time of scheduling nor when I came for my appointment. It was shocking to get this kind of bill.
