These guys are great. We had a new unit installed by Jacob and Josh. Ron was our salesman and he was our first face to face contact. When I called Jackson about our desire to buy a new system, the office person (Allison) was understanding and informative. She set an appointment for Ron to come a couple days later. The next week the installation was done. Employees showed up courteous and professional. We have been more than satisfied with each contact we have had with them. Jackson installed my system a few years ago and I thought they did a stand up job at a great price so I knew I'd come back if I had any issues. After a diagnosis and a part order from my service tech he managed to get in a wreck sp they sent out a new guy and boy I am glad they did. Turns out it wasn't the part they ordered and I needed a new compressor. Seth was a Rockstar at bot only getting me set straight but explaining and educating me on what was needed. This was my first time using Jackson Services and I was really impressed! My hot water heater burst at the seam and was leaking quite a bit. When Jackson Services arrived they had already anticipated that I might be needing a new hot water heater, so they brought a brand new one with them. I had a challenging problem with my heat pump flipping back and forth between heat and auxiliary heat every 3-4 minutes. Steven Nobles, a senior technician at Jackson Services came out and did a thorough inspection of our heat pump and air handler. He discovered a very small freon leak and refilled our system just in time for the really cold weather to move in. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and capable. He answered all of my questions, was extremely professional and pleasant. Last week when it got really cold and our unit was not working, I called Jackson Services and they told me a technician would come out that day and he would call before he came. After surviving several weather changes during March Madness, My Trane system preformed effordlessly in a efficient Way of maintaining a warm, comfortable environment.
