A few weeks ago, they serviced my HVAC system and charged me over $800 to "recharge the refrigerant" and perform related maintenance. Not only was the price excessive, but when I went to use the system shortly afterward, it wouldn't work at all. I called multiple times seeking support--no call back, no follow-up, nothing. Out of frustration, I finally had to call Jackson Services to diagnose the issue. The technician found that the system had been grossly overcharged with refrigerant, which caused dangerously high pressure levels and risked damaging the TXV valve--a critical and expensive component of the system. Jackson had to remove the excess refrigerant just to get it functioning properly again. This isn't just bad service--it's negligent and costly. Swift Brothers / Webb Heating & Air either don't know what they're doing or don't care enough to do it right--neither of which is acceptable when dealing with expensive home systems. Save yourself the money, time, and stress. Do not use these people.

He was unprofessional and rude, scrutinizing our home and questioning her about the AC issue in a condescending manner, despite the fact that I had already explained the situation over the phone. When my wife asked him to wear shoe covers before stepping on the carpet, he reluctantly complied but made it clear he was annoyed. After inspecting the unit, he tried to charge us an additional $85, claiming it was for a new issue, even though we had already paid for a visit last week, which, by the way, was conducted by a polite experienced professional, which I expected would return, otherwise I would be home to meet a new person. My wife pointed out that the AC was still not working properly since before we called them the first time, meaning the original problem hadn't been resolved, but he insisted on payment without even trying to explain the issue. When she called me to discuss it, the technician rudely interrupted our conversation, insisting on the charge and refusing to call his supervisor to clarify. I had to tell him to leave my house and suggested to wait outside until I return home or talk to warranty co or his management, and he stormed out, sarcastically wishing us to "enjoy the heat and not working AC, inconsiderate privileged" and slamming the garage door. To top it off, when my wife said he shouldn't have done it, he threw another insult, calling me an a*hole as he left. I called their office and Katie was not helpful either. This was a highly unprofessional and unsettling experience. I'm now concerned about the safety of my family, especially since this technician knows our address. I would not recommend WEBB's services to anyone. They also reported to home warranty company, that the AC is ok, but the problem is in the wiring, 210 sent us electricians, so we had to pay to the electrical company the next day. Those two nice fellows checked everything, confirming the power was supplied, and even went a step further, checking inside the unit, where they found that the problem was within the AC, all sending us back to square one, and the second week without AC, at 90 degrees inside the house with three little kids. We looked them up online, Webb's Heating and Air LLC has a lot of bad reviews all over internet in multiple sources, we are not the only victims of their unprofessionalism. Please stay away from this company. We trusted them and had them come out to fix a water leak which…read morewas located by our water meter a year ago. While fixing this leak, the employee ( not the owner) removed our regulator and said we did not need it. Fast forward a year, we were contacted by the water company that we had a small leak which had been going on for a few months. We called Certified Plumbing back out to help find the leak which they were unable to do and their solution was to run all new pluming through the attic since we were on a slab and that would fix the issue. Signed a contract to have them come out to do the work, my gut said I needed to hold off and find the leak which is what I did. I asked Wesley if they could run a pressure/helium test to locate the leak and he responded with he didn't know what that was. We then called a leak detection specialist who found the leak within 30 minutes which was NOT under the slab but rather right behind our home in front of our patio so the 4K they quoted us to redo all piping would have been for nothing and still would not have fixed the leak. We went with a different company to come out and fix the small leak. After the leak was fixed, we found out the pressure coming through our pipes was 110. Standard is 50-70!!! So now we know why we had a leak to begin with and it all leads back to the regulator being removed because we were told it was not needed and trusted this company to do the right thing. We called and the owner told us they did not remove the regulator but instead removed the Dual Check Backflow prevention device which was a straight out lie. The plumbing company who actually repaired our leak also informed us that there was no regulator on our water meter and the Dual Check Backflow device is still installed ( have pictures for proof as well). We had a second plumbing company come out as well and verified the same info. Please do NOT trust this company. They have lied to us and tried to scam us out of 4K to install new pipes that were not needed and all of our issues come back to him taking our regulator ( PRV) out when it should not have been removed. We are thankful for the company that came out and repaired everything for us and installed a new regulator or we would be in a world of hurt moving forward with more leaks possible with the pressure not being regulated. We were so sure we had a great local plumbing company which now we know just ended up costing us a lot of money and it could have been 4K more had I not trusted my intuition. If you are looking for a trusted plumbing company, this is not it. Do your research even though they say they are licensed and insured, it doesn't mean they are good or trustworthy.

I would have let it go ... but today I came home to no water. Bottom line is that this company communicated with us in such a way as to make us believe that we absolutely needed a new tank and that was not the case. On top of it all they messed with outdoor faucet we knew was leaking but could at least cap it and use it, to the point where it is not functional at all ... another expensive total fix bc it's not removable from the outside. I hired this contractor in April 2025 for several home repair projects. At that point, only minimal work had been completed. On a Friday, he left around midday and never returned, even though rain was expected and much of the siding still needed to be caulked. He didn't communicate when--or if--he planned to return. I was also left with nails, boards with protruding nails, and debris scattered around my home, driveway, and patio. Given the limited progress, safety issues, and lack of communication, I felt taken advantage of and lost confidence in his ability to complete the job properly. I terminated the agreement and requested a partial refund. He declined, saying the payments were for "extras," though those had not yet been started or clearly explained. He also never responded to my follow-up email for clarification. This is my honest experience. Others may have had better results, but I strongly recommend getting everything in writing--including the scope of work, payment terms, and how any "extras" will be approved and documented.
