He said that that he picked it up and it was at his shop because he had a emergency pick up but would drop it off at 830 am. I ended up getting my mom to check the location where my tire messed up and she confirmed that it was STILL there in the same spot. I tried to call again and was blocked. I contacted Allstate to let them know that he NEVER picked the vehicle up. Choose a different towing you guys. This is NOT a good business to work with.
