I live nearby and have been coming here for about 5 years. This station is always clean, always allows me to use the restroom, and always enforces the mask mandate. That alone is much appreciated by me. Vast selection of snacks and hot food. They'll even make something hot for you if it's not out on the floor. The donuts are the best here, too. Every time I stop in here for anything, the employees are too busy messing around to acknowledge you, I was paying today and literally the store manager was too busy talking to another employee who was off the clock. My transaction went through, he didn't say thanks or anything. I grabbed my items and walked out of the store. How hard is it to greet and customer and say thank you for shopping? Really hard here. When you walk into an establishment and can see there's two employees behind the counter and zero customers waiting in line, you can safely assume you'll be greeted or helped promptly. Nope, not this place. Burrito lady and some dude are playing w bags of Sour Patch Kids on the counter, never looked up once. Thankfully a THIRD employee came inside from helping a customer outside to assist me. It isn't difficult to look up at he door when a customer walks in and say, "hi someone will be w you shortly." Just acknowledge the folks that pay your bills. This particular store is on a good location for business, so people will frequent there often which keeps them in business, I get that. But ff's sake! Commuting to Everett a few times a month means often being in the need of gas, coffee, a quick bite to eat, and yes even a restroom. Jacksons has all of these in a clean, brightly lit, well-priced location right off of I-5. The coffee is always hot, and there's quite a variety to choose from. Plus they have all the fixin's I love. Flavored creamers. Natural and artificial sweeteners. Cup sizes from tiny to ginormous. And the coffee is pretty delicious, too. And then there's food. Yes they have the usual not-so-healthy options (hot dogs, burritos, etc.) but they also offer fresh fruit, muffins, and other items that will fill up my tummy without requiring a checkup at the cardiologist. The bathrooms are super clean, too - always a plus. And there are plenty of gas pumps outside, so no waiting. Best of all, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Whenever I'm in Everett, Jacksons is a definite stop along the way! read more

Seriously? First of all, I tried to go to two different pumps and both wouldn't take my credit card or my debit. I then ran in to just put some money on the pump. I forgot a mask because I was just over the whole thing and wanted to get out of the freezing cold. Guy snaps at me "EXCUSE ME MISS" and I realized my mistake so I went to cover my face with my hoodie and mid way through he goes "NOPE that's not gonna work, you need a mask!" So this weirdo on a power trip literally makes me run all the way back to my car when he could've just took a moment to swipe my card. It took all of 15 seconds to do so. And please explain the difference between putting hoodie material over my face rather than a thin ass mask?? Do you guys even realize a hoodie is thicker than a mask is? This dude must be seriously depressed working as a minimum wage gas station clerk since he wants to be so tyrannical with people simply wanting to fill their tanks. Give me a break. read more

Nicest gas station bathroom I've ever seen. So clean. Was in a hurry with a toddler and it was great.

Last time there, cashier was joking with second cashier and said that is why she is on the retarded register. Followed by that's why she has special sticker. It was all done while smiling and goofing like innocent but customers as myself were cringing. My niece has Down's syndrome. This is not the first time as they try to make small talk with me and it backfires. I'm not your buddy and I just want to pay and leave. This speaks to their maturity level there and I will not be back. Cashier should be disciplined or fired by management. The R word is same as N word today. read more

Went in there 9:30 pm 1/13 and immediately walked out--the cashier wasn't wearing a mask and kept coughing!!

My friend insisted on stopping here for a pit stop on our trip to Seattle. I quickly understand why. It is large for a convenience market. Located right off I-5. Restrooms very clean. We were just in the Jackson Shell with our service animal and were rudely asked to leave even though it's against the law to discriminate against people with disabilities I tried to explain it to the gentleman but he would not hear it all he said is this is not up for discussion and you have to leave it is the law that people with disabilities are allowed to have their service animals in a convenience store the guy was rude he wouldn't listen and I would never shop there again. After talking to some friends I found that this is happened before with other people for other reasons getting kicked out simply because they didn't like the way they looked. Pumps are slow. There always seems to be some sort of suspicious activity going on in the east end of there parking lot. Staff is friendly but checking out customers doesn't seem to be high on their task list. Store is clean and they have a good selection of stuff read more

They used to have $1 hot dog Thursdays at this Jackson Oil Shell station. Then I went in one recent Thursday, and no dollar dogs. When I asked, I was told that it had been determined that dollar hot dog Thursday wasn't cost effective. Really. I'm not willing to pay more than s buck, because I can buy a whole package of hot dogs for $1 and load them up with fresh condiments from my own refrigerator. Absolutely horrible customer service! I am a full time student and ride the bus. I ran in after class and happened to have my backpack on. I literally ran in for a roll of toilet paper and probably took me less than a minute to go to the shelf, grab it and walk to the counter. The "manager" harrassed me the entire time because he wanted me to leave my backpack at the door. Now, I understand this store is not in the best neighborhood and they have had problems with crime. HOWEVER, I also do not want my backpack that is filled with HUNDREDS of dollars in textbooks RIGHT BY THE DOOR for it to get stolen! Will Shell replace my textbooks when someone grabs it and runs. All for a roll of toilet paper. The manager was rude and unwilling to listen to my side. I was polite but also stern in my position. I told him I understand his position but asked that he, too, consider mine. I even offered to put my backpack behind the counter. He replied flipantly and asked why he should be responsible for my belongings. WTF?!? How is this good customer service? I will NEVER shop here again! I also read a review on a different site that they refused service to a customer because they had a certified service animal with them. WOW! Way to retain your customers! Too bad this is the type of business that will survive regardless of how they treat their customers. read more
