I guess I'll be the odd man out here and not give a 5 star review. I'll preface by saying I had to reschedule my initial consult twice (inconvenience to the company and doctor), and I was set up on a promotional 3 free visits. Is it possible that those things came into play in my situation? Yes. Am I sure? No but either way, I am not satisfied nor am I willing to waste more time here. I came in this week on Tuesday for an initial consultation at 930. I was given paperwork and then a tour. Now its around 10 AM The place is clean and well taken care of and recently remodeled it looks like. The receptionist and staff are friendly and smiling. The girl who did my first few tests was very sweet and took time to explain each test she was performing. Now its 10:52 and she sends me to a room to wait for the doctor to perform an X-ray. I wait 10,20 , 25 minutes while hearing him do adjustments and talking to his patients. The walls are VERY thin. Finally at 11:30 I walk out to the front to let them know I will just reschedule if the doctor is busy. He was standing there , at the desk when I said it( I had no idea what he looked like, ha) . So he says no I'm ready now..He takes me back and does his measuring and xray and tells me why I need to get my sporadic pains treated because they are bound to be worse in ten years. That I stand lopsided and one leg is longer than the other. I ask "oh,, what can I do about that?" His arrogance on display "Its not something you can fix its something I fix" NO details about treatment were given, everything is either a rush, or a smart comment. I got a condescending attitude no matter what I said. He finished up evaluating my spine, and flexibility etc. around 12pm. "You're a mess" was his last comment. I just didn't get the feeling that I would be cared for in the manner that I wanted. Then I made an appointment to return at 1pm to view my results , then I realized I was already there for 2 and a half hours for a consultation! I decided another day would be best so I scheduled for this Friday. (Tomorrow) to view my "results" but they texted me today to see if they could move it back another 15 minutes (meaning another 30-45 minutes) It seems like they have an overbooking problem and an overconfidence problem. I'll pass and if I find I need a chiropractor in the future I'll check elsewhere. I don't ask anyone to sugar coat or kiss up to me , but if you want to get my business Respect is number one. It seems like its not on the list of priorities here. But it looks like I had a unique experience. read more

Been seeing Doctor fritz & his amazing team for several months now & already feeling so much better!!! All my children go here as well & little issues that they've experienced in the past are gone! Thank you Select Health & Wellness!! Highly recommend!! Update: My 86 year old grandmother was completely active and independent until 2 months ago when suddenly she could barely walk and was in complete agony. I had offered to take her to dr fritz but she declined at first. Fast forward to last week when she asked me to take her. I scheduled a full 2 hour appt that included the consultation and active rehab. She was treated with SUCH respect and patience by Rachel, Leah, Noelle and dr fritz. He redid the X-rays, showed her exactly what was wrong and offered a 6 week treatment plan. We were in tears sitting in his office because we finally had some answers!! Her crappy primary care doctor only took X-rays with her lying down instead of standing up, gave her a cortisone shot and chalked it up to "old age". No solution, no sympathy. Dr fritz personally fitted her for custom orthotic shoes, gently placing her feet in the foot casts. He made her laugh and blew her away with his level of expertise. When I picked her up before her appointment she was crying with fear and almost didn't go. That completely changed by the time we left! She was smiling ear to ear and said that she could finally see the light at the end of the tunnel! Thank you thank you thank you!!! read more

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Fritz and team. I love the concept of overall health and wellness. Treatment consists of massages, physical therapy, yoga, and adjustments. They even offer great supplements that have changed my life for the better (Isotonic). I used to have awful allergies and they're finally going away! My workouts have improved drastically because he critiques my form and points out my weaknesses. It has helped so much! Very pleased with Dr Fritz. He took the time to address my concerns and put together a plan of action. I didn't notice change immediately but after a few visits I definitely noticed the change. I'm glad to have found this place. It's convenient and when you have to make frequent visits for a while, the least amount of travel is better. After contemplating about the wisdom of beginning Phase 4, I chose to begin it yesterday. I was not in particular discomfort but had begun to toss about at night and suspected something was amiss. Shout Out to Dr Jon Paul Fritz and his entire Staff from Select Health and Wellness for being so Awesome!! I reached out a few months ago on the Fleming Island Facebook page in regards to my husband's back issues and we were beyond Ortho, Pain Management and on our last hope. My husband couldn't even enjoy a day in the Orlando Parks, he would be so miserable. Dr Fritz immediately reached out to me and invited us to come by and have him take a look... He did scans of my husbands back, talked to us about the results and the issues he saw.. and since he has started him on an amazing treatment plan in just a few weeks my husband is already feeling the difference and feels better. Dr. Fritz is the most thorough and thoughtful doctor, taking as much time with you as needed to make sure you're feeling your best. Fifteen years ago I had spinal reconstructive surgery. I went from a very active life to being restricted to almost nothing, been through all kinds of physical therapy and pain management treatments, gained a considerable amount of weight, became very unhealthy and have lived with agonizing pain through all of those years.
