She tried to find discounts to keep my business and since then has been available through email for questions and updates. She is quick to respond and is very helpful. While I haven't met with Christina Kantrud yet, I have been very satisfied with Stephanie's help. Fair warning: State Farm is choosy about who they accept; my significant other was denied a policy due to an accident that was not his fault and was invited to try again after three years had passed. It is my understanding that this is a national State Farm policy and not the fault of this specific agency.

For the past three weeks, I've been trying to complete a simple account update--yet no one has been able to help me or return my calls. The office repeatedly promises call‑backs that never happen, even when the receptionist assures me someone will follow up. I've gone into the office several times, only to wait for hours while staff members--Tiana, Anna, or others--are "in meetings" or "on breaks." Despite repeated visits and voicemails, I have never received the assistance I was promised. Their lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. Emails go unanswered, phone calls aren't returned, and in‑person service is frustratingly slow. This is a very small, family owned office. They are accessible, friendly, helpful, professional, and just all around great at what they do.
