Absolutely terrible customer service. I started a policy with Rose's office last year, and after paying my most recent renewal, her office made an error on my insurance contract that caused State Farm to cancel my policy without my knowledge. This mistake not only left me and my family exposed in the event of an accident, but it also prevented me from registering my vehicle--leaving me without its use for months. To make matters worse, they are now requiring me to pay for months of coverage I never actually had just to have my policy reinstated. I've made several phone calls to try to resolve the issue with Rose's office, but with no success. Each time I've asked for corporate contact information, I've only been given excuses and incomplete details that make it impossible to reach anyone who can actually help. Do not do business with Rose's office, and I would strongly question whether you should do business with State Farm at all. I am still waiting to see if anyone from corporate leadership will contact me. read more

We have the Drive Safe Application on our phone. The app quit working so in an attempt to get it reconnected we went into the insurance office (twice). The two people working there have no idea how to help or how the app actually works. The one thing that actually works is State Farms threats to remove the discount. State Farm is a very good insurance company and I recommend them however I do not recommend this agency. read more

She and the people she has working for her are amazing. They remember not only your name, but you. I mean to say that things you mention, like loving books and good coffee, or that you're planning a trip next week. I totally recommend this State Farm Office, being a high school student with not much knowledge on what auto insurance actually is all about. Rose Fox was able to patiently explain to me the coverages and the significance of them. She also made me aware of all the discounts available to me as a student. I've been with rose fox 2 yrs? I can't remember the last time I was in an accident? many, many years? about 3 weeks ago I was in a very small accident. rose fox sent me to Benjamins auto body and I got an estimate . A major gouge !!! $2500 !!! 3 very small damages? I know I can chang a headlight? when I said I wanted to fix it myself ( 3 very small damages ), they have paniced? I set up another estimate, with a state farm agent, she said to take some parts off and make another. I waited another week and 1 hour before my appointment the state farm agent text me and said she was wrong and canceled that appointment? I called my agent, rose fox, on friday and she said the agent was wrong ? she said to talk to a supervisor? they said they didn't have one, but, one would call me back? no call? it's Sunday now? I've taken my truck apart like they said? I've put it back together for a doctors appointment? nobody will call me back, they want me to put used parts on my truck ( they were going to give Benjamins $300 for a new one, no questions asked ) and they think I'm trying to steal money from them? I would have never hired a company that told me they were going to put used parts on my truck? I'm guess I'm just saying I'm really disappointed that service has been replaced with politics? read more
