It's a pretty large building, with a lot of booths of antiques, each with their own little specialties. We saw a dazzling array of things, everything from comic books to estate jewelry, to vintage oil cans. Lots of furniture on display. Some hand crafts, but not too many, mostly Mennonite quilts. I could have probably spent an entire day in this place, and there were times when Lee was poring over some of the booths as well. There's a central area for payment, and people there were nice and friendly. It was like going through a little museum in a way. I'd definitely give this place a visit if you're eating lunch or dinner here.

You need to grab a strong blue IKEA bag when you first walk in. I recommend not wearing your coat in the store, because there are so many folks in there that the body heat will make you feel like you are having hot flashes! Today was my second time there. I got many 1L boxes of almond beverage both times. The beverage is unsweetened and goes for $1.50 each, which is dirt cheap! Today, I got two pairs of jeans. They go for $10 a pair. There was a 25% discount on clothes today, so it was ridiculous to get a decent pair for $7.50 each. I also got a rain jacket going for $25 before the discount. This recommendation came from my boyfriend, who loves this store. I do, too. It does get crowded. There are two lines for payment. The one on the left is for credit cards and debit. Apparently I was supposed to have opened it and checked if it had all the parts before leaving the store, but the cashier never told me that. Be careful if you speak with Kailey as well. She's very condescending when she speaks. The other girl that tried to help was quite nice though. I won't come here again. I'd rather pay a little more and deal with better customer service and ensure a product that works.

My boyfriend is the ultimate shopper. He knew what was there, including Bulk Barn. As someone who grew up in the Beaches area of Toronto, I was hoping for a real boardwalk. Oh, well. I can't win 'em all! The first store that I parked in front of and visited was Solutions. The closest one to my home is in Richmond Hill. It's nice to frequent a different one. I was greeted promptly by a staff member. It was nice that he said hello. He didn't ask me what I was looking for, which was nice. I looked at all the sale-priced Sistema water bottles and salad containers that were in front of me. Wow! Lots of variety and colours. I love this brand, so I took my time sifting though​ everything. Since back-to-school sales have started, I was looking at shelves and racks. I may need to come back next month and see how some of these items will help me with my organizational projects at home. I ended up getting some 3M Command strips to hang some picture frames at home. I also got a hedgehog toothbrush holder, and penguin and polar bear hot and cold packs. Checking out was painless. I skipped getting a plastic bag. I simply carried my items to my car and got a fabric bag from my truck. I spent a good hour in this store. If you want to get a ton of storage ideas and solutions, it makes sense to stop by and check this store out. (162)

I had a terrible experience at this Mobile Shop and would not recommend it. After driving in from…read moreout of town (and after hours of waiting), they could still not help me purchase a phone. They were not aware of the information posted on their website and tried to tell me that what I was asking for was not possible. There was only one staff in the shop to help customers (other than when they overlapped for about 20 minutes to switch shifts) and the support the worker needed from the Mobile Shop support line was not available to her (so really it's not entirely her fault). I just would have appreciated knowing right away that I wasn't going to be able to get a phone rather than waiting and waiting and waiting just to be told that my child and I had to wait some more (this is after being asked to return at a time when support would be available only to wait another 1/2 hour for her to finish up with a customer, have her wait on hold with the support line again, and then be told that support was too busy to help). It was a huge waste of a day I could have spent doing many other things. However, our Zehrs doesn't have a Mobile Shop, so these jobs always have to be done when we are out of town.

String globe lights with fun poppy fixtures proclaimed loudly that this was not your typical store! And it wasn't - it was fun, eclectic, and offered quite a bit of variety! They predominantly had women's clothing but also had jewelry as well as a few purses. The value seemed to be aligned with most of the stores on Ontario Street being neither cheap, fast fashion nor expensive high-end fashion. Most of it was casual wear, items you'd be happy to have in your daily wardrobe. We were greeted promptly upon entering and then left to our own devices. I figured if I had questions I would ask and they must've figured the same. It was a cute store that was worth the visit.
