In addition, the owners have a selection of health & beauty products (shampoo, conditioner, bath bars) and supplements. Also, a nice selection of coffee & tea, protein bars and healthy snack items. But this idiot says she cannot find the house. Had an order delivered from Aldi last week. Guy found me just fine, left it here without ever contacting me. I contacted Instacart & Aldi. Got NOTHING from either except "sorrrrreeee". I love Aldi but I will never go to the Queensbury, NY store again. A bunch of lazy idiots.

I've never gone into a store with my family and the service dog and been told that the dog could not be in the cart because it was a health code violation. the dog was sitting on a reusable shopping bag with a sweatshirt over it and was not directly on the surface of the cart. we had a manager and the store manager harassing us and I felt their behavior was uncalled for because the dog wasn't directly touching the cart and was behaving. apparently its more acceptable to have a child with a dirty diaper touching their carts than a service dog that is cared for. ( remember we had something down in the cart so that the dog wasn't not even touching the cart and they still harassed us over the issue). we have a small chihuahua mix as a service dog. they didn't like it that I stood up for our rights and I didn't back down. I asked for the number to call the corporate office to talk to the district manager. I guess they're just jealous because they can't bring their dog to the workplace with them.

The only thing that I have noticed is that sometimes the produce section is a little underwhelming, but other than that, the rest of the store is pretty basic and takes care of all of our household needs. I've been able to find gluten free options that I didn't think I'd find, so that's a huge plus. Service is always great and I've never had a negative experience here. There's a decent beer selection so yay!

The last time I had to ask for her help it was because a sale item wasn't in the store the two times I looked that week, so I asked for a rain check, which is in line with their store policy. This is after two other people at the customer service desk couldn't find the rain check slips and the second didn't know what to write. Finally when Leslie showed up from the overhead page, she literally huffs at me and then makes another clerk go back there to verify there is none of the rib eye there and the exact label information, despite me having it right here on my phone in the Hannaford app. 15 minutes since asking for a raincheck for the out of stock item later, she tosses it on the counter and walks away. This wasn't just a bad day for Leslie, I had the misfortune of interacting with her a few months prior and her behavior was similar. Leslie is the rudest customer service manager that I have ever come across. I hope that corporate sees this, and takes my more detailed complaint that I sent via email to heart; this store requires new management training and incorporates other changes to benefit the customer.

never ever use walmart rt 9 automotive center!! on 7/16/2026, i went there for a simple oil change…read moreon my rav4. when i got the notification it was completed, i was advised that the oil filter housing was damaged and leaking oil!! car was perfect when i drove it there. i was advised that i would have to buy the part at napa or another parts outlet!! but i was losing oil so i couldn't go. called my husband and he bought the part at advanced auto and came to walmart. he asked to see the old oil filter housing unit and it was clearly over torque and broke. walmart auto reimbursed for the part but charged for the screwed up oil changed. husband called walmart auto the next day and talked to a nasty female manager. walmart automotive does not have many certified technicians on staff. avoid rt 9 walmart automotive at all cost or you will be needing a new motor. this automotive center is half ass run and walmart cooperation should overhaul that location

Yes, please! While we didn't buy any groceries, there were plenty of local farm fresh vegetables, eggs, and meats available, in addition to whole and ground coffee beans, breads, and other goods.
