After the storm on October 29th, our power lines fell down, we still had power though, but the wires hung to the ground. O&R came and because some of the lines had started to fray they cut the electricity and said we needed to get an electrician to hook the wires up again. I called at least 25 electricians, and no one could make it out to our house for a couple of days. Jacobs Electric came within the hour and told me how much it would cost, how much time it would entail, and what had to be done. It was 3pm and I begged him to come back that evening, I didn't want us to be without heat that night. He came back at 7pm, worked 2 straight hours in the dark, with his headlights shining on the outside wall where he worked. He worked fast, efficiently, and cleaned everything up after the job was done.
Where in this day and age will you get someone to come in after hours and help you out like that? He was a blessing and I would recommend him for anyone looking to do electrical work on their home or business. Thank you Jacob, you were a lifesaver! Thank you!
