I agreed to the $125 service fee since it's known contractors charge to come out and look at the issue. When the electrician came, he said there was power going to the ac therefore it's not an electrical issue. This man was in my house for no more than 5 mins. He only put a tester to the circuit breaker box and ac unit. He calls the office and they say I have to pay them $250 in addition to the $125 because they have one fee for minimum one hour. This was not disclosed to me when I called for service. DO NOT USE THEM! I spoke to Mike who then spoke to his manager Gordon. He proceeds to explain that the girl who took my call was new and should've disclosed that. Completely unacceptable. Stay away from these scammers.

Yesterday, the outlets in two of our bedrooms and a bathroom went out. It was weird since the…read morelights in the rooms still worked. We unplugged everything, checked the breaker, nothing seemed to work even after we reset the breaker. We started to email electricians that night. One responded that they would call in the morning, which they did not. The other never responded. This morning I sent messages to three electricians. The first, which is this one, requested for me to call. When I spoke with Scott, he said that he would try to do a walk-through troubleshoot with me over the phone, to see what the issue is and if I could fix it myself to save some money since it may be an easy fix. As I explained everything to him, he realized that the situation may need his expertise and stated that he would have to come over to find what the problem could be. He also stated that he would not charge me to troubleshoot and give me an estimate. He came within the hour, checked the breaker and checked an outlet in the bathroom which was a GFCI outlet. He immediately stated that he believed it was the outlet that caused the issue, and proceeded to address it. I didn't care for an estimate, I just wanted it to work again so I never asked for the price and he never gave it. Although he had to step out to go to Lowe's to get another outlet, he got the job done within an hour. He also separated the outlet wires so that if that if that one went bad in the future it wouldn't affect the other two bedrooms. He was a pleasure to speak with, super friendly, and professional. He came with his mask on and was ready to work. I am not sure how much a job like this would cost but he charged us less than $200. Now that we have a home of our own, we were looking to add home repair professionals to our Rolodex in case we needed work done on our house. He has now been added to that Rolodex. Thanks Scott!

So I was given a time slot between 3pm and 4pm. Technician showed up at 5.30, spent 10 minutes looking at one power outlet and presented me with $345 "bill". No labor was done. No diagnostics or troubleshooting beyond visual assessment. No actual physical bill with explanation of service. Speaking to the representative was interesting to say the least - no manager or supervisor available, service fee of $85 got waived, so I was left with $260 bill. Still $175 over quoted amount. I agreed to pay $200 as a compromise. Apparently the only way to get a receipt is by email and after I called again to ask where is my receipt I was told I have to wait until tomorrow evening. I was also offered to receive a recording of my conversation with representative where he supposedly told me I'll have to pay "for troubleshooting" and I'm still waiting for that even though that was supposed to be sent immediately.

From the onset, they showed up on time on Wednesday to assess my needs and provided a very competitive and detailed price quote within hours. They were knowledgeable about the product (not a Tesla) and explained thoroughly what the project entailed. They would be able to do it that Saturday (which was very convenient for me). They arrived early morning on time and spent the entire day snaking the cabling to the garage and moving around some circuit breakers to accommodate the new line. After hooking up the charger they asked me to plug it into my car. Of course, there were issues because the QR code on the charger linking it to my account wasn't working. They patiently waited while I called Customer Support and found out the way to handle the situation. When all was working fine, then and only then, did they clean up everything and leave. I'm extremely satisfied that I used Madjo and his father - both were very professional, courteous and thorough. I will use them again and highly recommend them for your electrical needs.
