When they finally showed up to work with only a standard level. I was very upset since the only reason that i went with this company was the promis of the use of the lazer level. Now the center beam has a huge uneven ridge down it it that was not there prior to his guys working on the house. The owner will not answer my calls after I was told that they would return to fix after I mailed out my check which they cashed. This is a shady company.

Quaker admitted they were poorly manufactured. They knew the sliders had big issues before they even delivered Them. Customer service was horrific. Quaker sales director was very condescendin. It took 8 months to get the issues addressed. And I'm pretty sure they used duct tape and baling wire to fix the doors. I'm sure this winter will be a disaste. Stay away from Quaker at all costs.
