2 Men And A Tree - A tree service company (My review: Being…read moreposted at various sites) INITIAL ESTIMATE DATE: I met with Aubrey in Clearwater after giving him a rough description of what I was looking for job-wise over the phone. He and I did a walk-around on the property as I quickly explained what I would like to see done. He continued to survey the job and wrote me an estimate. Before leaving he went around one more time and, in detail, explained what he could do to give the most curb appeal to the home. I want to note that I felt that the price quoted was quite satisfactory for the tasks performed. PATIENCE: I had some unforseen medical issues arise personally and also with a family member. This saw an unfortunate delay to initiating my desired project. These guys understood my situation and weren't intrusive. I liked that aspect. It was apreciated that I had time to heal and get things right with my family first. HIRED: The guys came out to the site and worked it to beyond expectations. I didn't hound them or oversee all operations. I let them do their thing... it is what they do... and they do it well. AFTERMATH: Here it is, less than 24 hours after the service was rendered and I have already had neighbors call and compliment the visual improvement to the property. I will recommend them to others based on their work ethic. I truly felt that the property was tended to as if it was their own. This defines reason that I chose 2 Men And A Tree over the others.The extra mile that they included in their quote was obvious at the end of the day. What they did in a single session would have easily taken me many times that... plus the hauling away of pre-existing debris extended the value of the deal (f,urthermore I would have had to rent a pick-up or U-haul truck). You don't often see that kind of communication and teamwork amongst a group of men. It says a lot about Daniel, his team, and the company. They took extra care to protect my yard (and my grass isn't even great to begin with). I showed Mr. Fuentes the security camera video of his lift sitting on top of my gate but he continued to deny that he damaged the gate. I'm now very concerned of all the other possible unreported damage they did. I realize that accidents happen but his refusal to accept responsibility was a deal breaker. This company might be fine if they stick to yard work but don't let them near your trees.

I have used this company before, so they were my go to company when my 30' Norfolk Pine died over…read morethe winter this year. From the first phone call to the tree removal was less than 5 days! My home is a rental property and Dave remembered me from the previous work he did. He really looked after my interests and sent me photos from the initial walk, right through the day of work. Dave came out within about 2 hours of my first phone call on Monday, sent me pics of all everything I needed done. I needed the Pine removed, and my other trees trimmed as the limbs were all growing onto the roof. I received photos along the way, the team is professional, they use professional equipment, and sent me the document I needed for the HOA to take the tree down as an emergency. As they have arborist's on staff the letter is acceptable to the state for the emergency removal requirements. Dave and his crew are really great, really friendly! Office is great as well.

They did a poor job and left much debris in the pasture, holes in the ground that could break a horses leg. I made the mistake of paying Joe as he was supposedly leaving to go to an appointment. They never removed the debris for 4 weeks of hounding them. They killed my grass out front and when they did come they moved the debris across the road on a vacant property. Do not hire them, you will regret it. If you do, do not pay them until the job is done to your satisfaction. As for them having permission from the landowner to dump on their property, whether true or not it is an eye sore across from me and I paid them to haul this away. Not dump it across the road after leaving it on mine for a month. This should have been a one or two day job. But at $3,450 I expect the work to be done correctly and in a day or two, they took a week before they cleaned up half way in my pasture alone. There is way more that happened and I could write a book. Again, do not hire them, or do not pay until complete. Especially with cleanup.
