I explained that I have just one magnolia that has gotten out of hand, and needed to be pruned, and shaped. He said he'd come out the next day, (Saturday) to look at the tree, and give me a quote. Now I'm thinking, "Yeah, right, he's just appeasing me, he'll never come out on a Saturday to bid on a one tree job, let alone even bother to dispatch a crew to do the job" I've heard that BS too many times before. Well, he DID show up, and quoted me a very reasonable price, AND said the crew would be at my house the following Monday. Ok, ok, ok, we'll se what Monday brings...I'm still skeptical, SO many times I've had yard work scheduled with other tree companies, and they no-show. Well, Monday comes, and so does the entire ATG crew, with the boss, two hours early! I was impressed with their professionalism, and the quality of their work. An Oceanview Landscape truck with trailer drove down our private dead end road and turned around by…read morepulling onto a vacant lot that I own across the street then backing the trailer onto our freshly planted grass between our fence and the road. The trailer tires tore up patches of sod that was just recently installed. The driver did not stop to see or repair the damage. There is plenty of space to turn around without damaging private property. We have had deliveries by semis who turned around without doing damage. I have not done business with this firm and will not.
