Dr. Matlach was the most thorough dentist I have ever been to, and I have been to some amazing dentists. He explained what he was looking at and why he was looking at them. He also showed me some things I could fix cosmetically and assured me my teeth looked great and we only had to do it if I wanted. The hygienist, Genene, was so amazing and gave me a lot of tips on how to care for my teeth and what can affect them. This establishment is amazing and everyone working there was so kind and helpful. I left overly satisfied with my care and will definitely be recommending it to others.

They are always running on time, and everyone is friendly and pleasant. Its a very clean, bright office; its small but its very well planned. The office is only 2 blocks from the train station, or if you drive they have 2 spots in their lot , or are only 1 block from the municipal parking lot. On his website, it says Dr Rubin is all about giving you a beautiful smile - well I don't know how he is at restorative, because he's so good at preventative. I've been going to him at least annually, usually bi-annually for 24 years (I'm in my 30's) and honestly, I have a great smile, and I believe Dr Rubin is a big part of that. Having a dentist that I not only trust, but that is pleasant, with a great staff means I don't mind going to the dentist, which means I end up getting great dental care. I've had 4 cavities in my life - each were caught very early, and therefore it really wasn't a terrible process to get them filled. I ending up cracking one (my own fault), getting an infection and needed a root canal. Again, it wasn't a terrible process because I had a great dentist, who took care of it quickly. For big jobs he refers me out - he sent me to a surgeon to have my wisdom teeth out. And when I had to have the root canal tooth redone after a decade, and decided to just get an implant, he referred me to a specialist (who was also really great!) Dr Rubin did pull my tooth himself, and he fit and had the new "tooth" made for me. Seriously - the worst part of the whole process - having the tooth pulled, the implant placed, the fittings, etc - was not being able to drink hot coffee for 3 days. That's how painless the procedures were: that's a good dentist! Cleanings and x-rays are like that too, quick, painless and easy.

Dr Castano , took x rays & used the scan machine to see how & what would be the best care for me . It turned out I had good bone . I had a choice either dentures or implants. I allowed him to do two implants on me which ended up failing and he told me he would refund me and never did. One "failed" and one was placed incorrectly! He owes me over $11,000. Mind you he owes me that much but put me into collections during covid over a $200 invoice Dr. Jacobson is extremely untrustworthy. He will act like a friend but he's not. He just wants to charge you and your insurance as much as possible and provide subpar dentistry. The only thing keeping that place afloat is the wonderful dental hygenist and the receptionist. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TEETH AND MONEY.

I'm usually scared of getting Novocain because of the needle but I didn't even feel it when he did it. I never have pain after having work done in my mouth either. I recommend them so much that when my boyfriend had insurance that only covered certain dentists that he didn't feel very good about (and I didn't trust that they weren't trying to up-charge him for non-existent needs) I put him on my dental insurance so that he could start going to Innovative Dental. They've done right by him and made him significantly less anxious to go to the dentist despite having to do several procedures including a root canal. Now his teeth are set back on the right path! Back in 2018 my dental insurance changed and I had to go to a nearby dentist practice instead. It was the kind where you never see the same dentist twice. They told me that I had a cavity between my teeth and that I should have flossed. I almost came out of the chair swinging because I floss every night. As I was leaving I heard them upselling expensive toothbrushes in the next room. I then decided to start going back to Innovative Dental even if my dental insurance didn't cover it because I didn't trust those dentists. Dr Mithani is 1000% trustworthy and so gentle with teeth. Plus, he really remembers me, my needs, my mouth so well between visits. I always feel really cared for here :)

He is a top-notch doctor, dentist, and great person. He has made so many dental decisions that served in my best interest as the patient, and his philosophy is taking care of the teeth and doing the least work as possible to affect you. He closely monitors any issues and remembers them and always does a superb job on the procedures needed. He's very calm, competent, and clear and actually makes going to the dentist enjoyable :). Dr. Mithani is generous and fair with procedures, overall judgment, and payments. Could not recommend a dentist more!
