I was there for a procedure last week (one of many) & thought tooth couldn't be saved, however he saved it!! :):) His office called the next day to see how I was doing & went in that following day as check up. This is just one of many visits I've experience with this dental office. When you find a dentist that you & your family are comfortable with (which is hard to find) its a very good feeling. Needless to say he's our family dentist and more...! I say more only because he provides more then your average dental care. He has always been thorough with his treatment plans, he takes the time to discuss and understand your personal situation and most importantly he always considers your budget and gives you options. His new facility is absolutely state of the art to say the least..you never need to leave to go to any other place to get tested or X-rays. His staff is competent to handle everything in-house. I got my veneers last year and I couldn't be happier! I have had extensive work done on my teeth including root canals, on lays, fillings, etc. and I'm going in next week for my implants knowing everything will work out fine. My boys love seeing him, they used to be deathly afraid of seeing a dentist and now all I mention is Dr. Ayoub and they're in the car, ready to go! If I could give him more then 5 stars I would!!!

I have worked with many dentists and his work is outstanding! He will not tell you what you want to hear he will tell you what is best for your current dental situation. Dr. Matlach was the most thorough dentist I have ever been to, and I have been to some amazing dentists. He explained what he was looking at and why he was looking at them. He also showed me some things I could fix cosmetically and assured me my teeth looked great and we only had to do it if I wanted. The hygienist, Genene, was so amazing and gave me a lot of tips on how to care for my teeth and what can affect them. This establishment is amazing and everyone working there was so kind and helpful. I left overly satisfied with my care and will definitely be recommending it to others.

I got a second opinion, was told that decay could not be seen under a cap, and let it be. That was 14 YEARS AGO, and that cap remains in place with never a problem. Beware of the charming doctor.

They are always running on time, and everyone is friendly and pleasant. Its a very clean, bright office; its small but its very well planned. The office is only 2 blocks from the train station, or if you drive they have 2 spots in their lot , or are only 1 block from the municipal parking lot. On his website, it says Dr Rubin is all about giving you a beautiful smile - well I don't know how he is at restorative, because he's so good at preventative. I've been going to him at least annually, usually bi-annually for 24 years (I'm in my 30's) and honestly, I have a great smile, and I believe Dr Rubin is a big part of that. Having a dentist that I not only trust, but that is pleasant, with a great staff means I don't mind going to the dentist, which means I end up getting great dental care. I've had 4 cavities in my life - each were caught very early, and therefore it really wasn't a terrible process to get them filled. I ending up cracking one (my own fault), getting an infection and needed a root canal. Again, it wasn't a terrible process because I had a great dentist, who took care of it quickly. For big jobs he refers me out - he sent me to a surgeon to have my wisdom teeth out. And when I had to have the root canal tooth redone after a decade, and decided to just get an implant, he referred me to a specialist (who was also really great!) Dr Rubin did pull my tooth himself, and he fit and had the new "tooth" made for me. Seriously - the worst part of the whole process - having the tooth pulled, the implant placed, the fittings, etc - was not being able to drink hot coffee for 3 days. That's how painless the procedures were: that's a good dentist! Cleanings and x-rays are like that too, quick, painless and easy.

Maureen gave me the best exam I have ever had at a dentist. She took all the measurements of my mouth, including all the X-rays, and then used this new technology to capture images of my entire mouth. I could then view them on the screen. And gave me an excellent cleaning. Gentle with no pain. Additionally, Dr. Glackin was amazing. He is smart, funny, and gives it to you stright, but does not make you feel bad about anything. When he came in and looked, he went over all of Maureen's work and then checked each of my teeth. I have to go back for some more work, but I will not even give it a thought because they all made me feel so comfortable.
