He always kept me up-to-date and in the loop of what was going on with my machine and what needed done, even though they found more wrong with it than was first thought. He was very clear and concise about explaining everything that was going on and keeping me informed of my options and his recommendations. The quality of workmanship is good, I received my Ranger back and have been running it around and doing chores with it and it is like a completely different machine. Everything is functioning as it should and I would highly recommend that if you have a Polaris ATV or UTV and you are in this area or don't mind taking your unit to Sterling using the service department at Wickham tractor company. I am very pleased and will continue to use Wickham tractor company for any further repairs or issues that come up with my machine.

Unfortunately we ran into a very unexpected situation with my husband getting stopped on his way…read moreback from out of town. He found out he had a warrant for a failure to appear, he was told his court date was pushed out due to covid. Long story short after calling several bondsmen and finding out the bond was not worth the time for them because they we not local. I contacted Judicial Bail Bonds whose number was provided by the jail ( thank god) found out she is local and able to help us. I just want to save many others the time of searching goggle to discover no business is even local and will not help you unless it's worth it ( so no smaller bonds ) and charge more. Thanks for helping us during this time!
