They do not return phone calls, provide misleading information, and fail to follow through on what they promise. My husband, who has dementia, signed a contract. I contacted the owner the very next day, explained the situation, and requested to be released. He spoke with me at length and said he would call me back--but never did. Despite multiple messages, I never received a response, and we were left stuck in the contract. To make matters worse, the contract auto-renews. It also took several requests before they finally provided us with a copy of the agreement. Based on my experience, I found this company to be unresponsive, untrustworthy and unethical. I would strongly advise others to not use them!

Within 3 days, they had already withdrawn over 1400.00 ( after work hours) out of my account without my permission. I emailed and they refused to change anything. Previously, I wanted to speak with a representative and followed the address given. It is not an address of any building other than a high- rise residential downtown off of 17th st. When I called to ask exactly where the shop was, they were upset that I was trying to find the address. They are definitely not interested in a good customer service. Finally, I tried to look up their business on the BBB of Denver. They are not listed. All flags I think you should consider before you move forward.

Seven years ago I sealed the expansion joints in my drive myself using self leveling caulk. It…read morelasted 6 years before separating. I Wanted old caulk removed from expansion joints and refilled with expandable caulking (preferably self leveling). What they put in was mortar. Consequently, it cracked within 4 days. They came back out to fill cracks and "corrected" by smeared some caulking along the cracks. The end result is a very unprofessional and unsightly. Hardly a $500 job. He did find another bank. The interest rate was a little higher. He couldn't even get me the exact same terms as the other loan. When I asked about the payoff, since it will be another thirty days on top of the almost three weeks that already passed, he said "We will pay what we agreed on at trade in. Sterling Auto Sales will not get their business either!
