Between me and my husband we were scrambling to find someone to come out and fix the issue. Mike was already busy but fit us into his schedule next day so we could have things up and running. Come to find out the connection issue was our roof starting to rot and the tubing had fallen due to builders of the house cutting corners(In my opinion). I'll tell you what, Mike still did the best patch work you could ask for on the fly. He was upfront about everything going on before doing anything. The issue is and was for roofers to come out and fix in the long run. But he got our dryer functional again and made us aware of the bigger issue. All the while I was jugging my one year old around. Everything about the job ended up being a fly by the seat of your pants kind of thing. Even accessing our attic.
