We were satisfied with the price we got, but we felt she did little to contribute to that. Since she had done far less than expected to market our house, which sold before it was in multiple listings, we asked her and her manager for a lowering of commission. They were both unreceptive and not forthright. Where is the work ethic of yore? Why should one earn such a vast amount for partially doing her job? Why did we have to keep phoning her? I don't enjoy giving poor reviews, but it was deserved.

We get strung along like this for a MONTH, being told every week that its just a hiccup at the lawyers, before we contact said lawyers to discover that Omar doesn't have the right to even SELL the house. We reached out cordially to express our distress and requested a return of our inspection money. Which he refuses, so buyer and seller be aware of what kind of a man he is.
