I've come here for threading/waxing for many years and I've always been satisfied with the way they shape my eyebrows. I typically didn't have a specific person I went to since everyone has done it to the point I was satisfied with it. Just yesterday though, I went to get my eyebrows waxed and it ripped off much of my skin as well. The young lady that was doing my eyebrows did not inform me I had open cuts and I noticed them once leaving the salon. I have come back to speak to someone about it since this has never happened before, but unfortunately they were not much help in explanation or solution to the problem. I was really hoping that they would have told me that they took some skin along with the wax which left me disappointed. Angie is the best! I wanted my eyebrows a specific way and she listened carefully and they came out exactly how I wanted them to be. And she didn't over thred them like some estatitions can do sometimes. Came out with beautiful natural looking brows for only 15 dollars. (Fyi you cannot write in amount for a tip if you use a credit card so bring some cash for a tip.) read more

I've been going here since I was in high school. I've experienced eyebrow threading for almost 2 years already and have been going here religiously to get them done. I come here once every 4 weeks, which means once a month. I love how it takes them 3 weeks to grow back vs waxing which I can see small hairs growing back within 10 days. These ladies are extremely talented in threading eyebrows. Though I can't speak on their hair services. The only downside is that there might be a wait no matter what day it is. read more

I've been coming here for a few years & this is the only place I trust to get my eyebrows threaded in The Worcester area. No matter who I see or what time a day I come, they always do a wonderful job! I like my eyebrows thick and natural looking which they seem to be able to achieve every visit. The only downside is it's rather expensive. It's $13 for just your eyebrows. Even so, I still keep coming back because the quality of service is worth the price in my opinion. read more

This is with out a doubt the WORST salon I've ever been to. I have to be clear, I didn't go to the salon for a haircut, I went for an eye brow wax. So this salon might be brilliant in haircuts but if you value your face never go here for any type of eye brow shaping. I was walking through the mall and saw their sign for $5 eyebrow waxes and $7 eyebrow threading. I had never had my eyebrows threaded and heard that it was a great way to go, no pain and it takes longer for the hair to grow back. The lady ushered me into the chair and began her work. The threading felt like my face was on fire but I could deal with the pain, after all waxing isn't a walk in the park. After she was done, there were no mirrors to look in and she never offered me a mirror. When I finally got to look at myself I realized she did a HORRIBLE job. My eyebrows were plucked way too thin with bald spots in the hair that I had left. I've had bad luck with eyebrow waxing before and figured that I'd just let it grow out and keep going to my usual place (creative nails in the greendale mall---they do an awesome job!). Then, I woke up the next morning. I woke up to find I had a 3rd degree burn above my eyebrow. The skin was red and pealing not to mention numerous boils that had started to form. With out going into the disgusting details, I had the burn for about 2 weeks and it's still healing now. It doesn't look like i'm going to have scars (thank God) but I will NEVER in my life go back to this salon and anyone out there shouldn't either. read more

I came in for an ombre and left with a complete mess. The lady put bleach in my hair and told me to stand under the heater so could get maximum results. She left me under the heater for about 45 minutes, I had no idea what was going on knowing that I didn't know much about hair, she left me there waiting and she only had two customers me and another lady, she was rushing both of us, very messy. But in those time frames my hair was being completely fried.. My hair was so long coming right down my back to my lower waist. She began to tell me she was nervous and started panicing. How was I going to stay calm when she wasn't? She told me she HAD to cut off 2 inches, reality she chopped off 4 inches...... I was very upset and sad because it was a day before prom. So then I came back next day to fix It but my hair was falling out and was completely fried.. So I dyed it back to my original color and now I am here with my hair up to my shoulders with hair that still needs to be cut Jacque also didn't offer to give me a full refund for anythin, so I left with awful hair and no money back read more

I wish I could do half a star. This was the worst Eyebrow threading experience I have ever had. I walked in the day before my birthday to get my eyebrows threaded. Yes they were grown out very much, I haven't had them done in a few months. I was instructed to have a seat, and the lady came over. She actually pushed my hood up on my sweatshirt as she came around, I have no clue why?!? She then started threading, didn't ask me anything about shape or how I wanted them. After she violently threaded my face, she proceeded to pluck my forehead?!?! I wish I was making this up. The whole time she had the side of her hand on my Mouth and was breathing disgusting warm air in my face When she was done she hands me a mirror. I could have cried right there but I just wanted to leave. Literally half my Eyebrow was missing. She knew I wasn't happy but she could care less Never in my life have I had such a bad experience with threading. read more

Ruby did an amazing job threading my eyebrows. She was precise, efficient and did a great job shaping my arch. Definitely would recommend.

Eyebrows came out great however the Credit Card I used was comprised right after I paid. My friends card was also compromised with "suspicious" charges from Tokyo. Word to the wise, use cash. read more

My daughter just moved to Mass and is returning home to Baltimore to graduate college on Sunday. She went to Jacques to have her hair highlighted. She told them she wanted it to be noticeable. They only kept the foil on for 5 minutes and when they were done, it did not look any different than when she walked in the door. I told her to go back, but she said she would not because she was afraid they would really mess it up. There goes $100 plus tip......In the future, she will be reading reviews first! read more

Went to get my hair cut there and the man who was doing my hair was extremely rude. I showed him a picture of how I wanted it and it came out nothing like it. He did not even fully blow dry it and told me I could come back in an hour if I wanted it blowed dried. He left the place before I was even out of the seat. My hair was full of knots and a mess when I left. Still had to pay full amount. read more

It was like a horror movie. I asked for a simple haircut and the girl chopped off all my hair. I feel obliged to warn other innocent parties. She wasn't even cutting at the right angle, had her hand flipped over at an awkward angle while cutting my hair! I could have done a much better job myself to ruin my hair. Everyone's jawed dropped and not in a good way when she was done tormenting me. Now it's just the very long time before it grows out. :-( read more

Awful experience there tonight. I went in and asked how many people were waiting to get their eye brows threaded. I was told there was one person in front of me in line. Then a woman came in and asked for a specific person to do her eye brows. So they let her cut me in line. I was told it would be less then a minute until the next person was done. Well one minute turned in to almost 10 minutes. I was never offered complimentary service and was told that they were trying to make it go faster for everyone. So by making me wait an extra 10 minutes that was making it go faster for everyone. That makes total sense. read more

My youngest daughter went here and had her hair dyed here, She told them she wanted a permanent color. She Paid $100 plus tip, 2 weeks later its all washed out on the back of her head. The hair on the top front was still red and the back was all washed out, brassy kind of look to it. I sent her back in to see if they would fix it and they told her that you are supposed to have your hair dyed every 2 to 3 weeks and refused to fix it for free. Word of advice, Take your money elsewhere. read more
