I wish I remembered her name (it was over a month ago), but the associate assigned to me was great. She was kind, respectful, and didn't make me feel weird about my body at all. She talked me through everything step by step and made me feel pretty comfortable. Jayne is indeed specialized as I experienced less pain with the hard waxing than the sugaring which was done when I lived near DC. I didn't even have radiating skin inflammation feeling thanks to the cooling lotion that Jayne used. I was expecting worse, but the full Brazilian wax was not that painful. The whole process was quick and I didn't feel awkward at all. I felt more comfortable with her than my previous wax/sugar wax specialist in DC, so I'm happy that I found the right person here in Worcester :)
