Weeks went by and I checked on the progress of my items, he wouldn't respond or when he did, he told me that he had all these other orders. I could careless about any other orders because I had an order too. I received a return call after a week had passed stating he had been in the hospital, inwhich I had empathy. I told him that I had an event and I needed to not only see the mock-up but I needed my items by a certain date, he said okay. I never got a mock-up despite my continuing to ask and they brought my items to me late on a Friday night before my event the next day. All of the items were WRONG and I didn't get to use any of them. He put two different phone numbers on the material, it didn't match, nor did he follow any of what I asked. I told him that I wanted a full refund and he asked that instead of a refund, give him a chance to make it right. Well as you may know, I still til this day Sunday, November 17, 2024, I haven't heard from him nor my items. This is a piss poor showing for you to have gotten paid for a job but to think you can keep my money. I told him that I would mail back all of the items and he said no. It's really sad that this is the kind of unethical business that they are running!
