They also damaged the stove pipe and left a big scrape on the side of it. After all that, I got a bill for several hundred dollars and nothing was fixed. A painter I had working for me at the time asked if he could take a look at the stove and he was able to figure it out and fix it in about 15 minutes. It has worked ever since. Terrible communication, terrible service, high priced, and then when I called to talk to management about all this, they just gave me the run around and it went nowhere. The second man told me that he would come out to do the estimate later that week. THAT WAS OVER 3 WEEKS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I still have not heard back from these people. They claim to be the #1 landscaper in Augusta... HA!!! Not a chance. They don't call you back, they don't do what they say they are going to do, they are disorganized and unprofessional. He informed me he had a $200 minimum which I agreed to however I expect $200 worth of work. At best I got $100. I attempted to have him trim up a lilac Bush thinking if he did so I would have my money's worth. He stated he wasn't planning on doing it so he would trim it next spring. He came out with a crew and all they did was clean up the new growth around the base of my cherry tree. His idea of trimming the tree was to cut bottom branches off and trim height wise as far as an arm could reach some of the branches back. I thought where he was in to trimming trees and based on what he said he would come out with equipment that could enable him to trim back all the branches from bottom to top. I am now left with trees that are still reaching out width wise and swallowing up the yard. Find someone else to do your work.
