Now you get 1 star. ================ Previous review ============== I scheduled a single massage treatment for my wife for Mother's Day. I'm sad to report that my wife LOVED her massage, but I am steaming mad. At checkout time the attendant charged me a mandatory 18% gratuity which was never mentioned on the website or phone conversations. The website only mentions this 18% fixed gratuity for couples massages and corporate events. NOT for single massages. Since it was Mother's Day and my wife was standing right next to me, I did not protest at check out. But make no mistake, this is a slimy, slimy business practice -- just cheating. And we will NOT be back at your spa unless you stop this practice. If it weren't for that counter-productive money-grab, I would have given you 5 stars. And if you had let me decide my own gratuity, I would have probably given you more like 20%. How is that business practice working out for you? - Dave Ferreira
