To Aloe: Have people do Evolve consultations who really know the procedure so they can explain it and the expectations well (and accurately). Double check the food allergy email from the doctor for typos before sending it. The content of the email isn't very useful aside from the attached report but if it also has typos then it just sends a "we don't care" message too.
