At checkout time the attendant charged me a mandatory 18% gratuity which was never mentioned on the website or phone conversations. The website only mentions this 18% fixed gratuity for couples massages and corporate events. NOT for single massages. Since it was Mother's Day and my wife was standing right next to me, I did not protest at check out. But make no mistake, this is a slimy, slimy business practice -- just cheating. And we will NOT be back at your spa unless you stop this practice. If it weren't for that counter-productive money-grab, I would have given you 5 stars.
