I was still left with fairly constant pain, even though my recovery was one of the best my hand surgeon had seen. There were adhesions in the scar that eventually caused the constant pain to spread up my arm and into my left shoulder. After seeing Bryce, I feel like I have my life back. Most of my original issues stemmed from issues with customer service. Since then, they have hired a young lady as a receptionist. She was cheerful and pleasant. The waiting room was comfortable, and the several staff members I met were all friendly. The owner was quick to respond to my reviews. I have a lot of respect for that. You can tell a lot about a business by the way they address their mistakes. Lilac Wellness and Counseling offers a wide variety of services. I went in for cupping, acupuncture and a massage. I was cramming a lot into a session, so the services were understandably abbreviated. With that said though, the room was comfortable, the music was soothing, and Xun was did a fantastic job. I needed so much medical support from my doctors but I wasn't improving, so I turned to Dr Li hoping she could do something. Actually I knew the acupuncture was spot on, but she told me so much about my symptoms after checking my pulse and tongue I really didn't think she would help w the herbal formulas. I was wrong. I couldn't walk unaided on the first visit inside the clinic (Appts on Saturday in Salem). I'm already thinking it might be time to start my daily exercise program now.
