beautiful location. easy to find. parking can be a bit tricky but there's a free parking garage right next to the plaza that it is located in. the doctors are knowledgable and so easy to communicate with. the massage therapists know what they are doing and listen well to the client's needs and wants. 10/10 recommend! oh and they take some insurances but for self-pay options, they have an amazing wellness program that has flat rate fees for visits. awesome option! read more

I will be honest I am not a fan of chiropractors due to my line of work. I was very skeptical when I went in and was 99% convinced I would leave worse than when I came in, but I was desperate to get some relief from my self diagnosed neck and trap strain. I saw Katja Reid DC and not only was she tolerant of my apprehensions and self diagnosing she also fixed my symptoms in one session. I had a baby in January and she's awesome. But she was also breech until 37 weeks. Yikes! A few weeks after her birth, I noticed that I was having a lot of unusual body aches, especially in my calves. Once I went back to work and was thus walking a ton, it got worse. There were nights I swore my legs were swollen from hurting so bad! I saw my GP but he asked if I had postpartum depression (I don't, but kudos for asking!) ran some labs which came back normal, and didn't know what else to do. Someone in my due date group suggested a chiropractor. I searched for one who took my insurance and was female, and came across Dr. Campbell. I created an account on the website and booked an appointment. I felt skeptical because I'm a "show me the evidence" person and wondered if this was a bit "woo" for me. Dr. Campbell listened to me carefully and then examined me and got right down to a root cause, which likely did have to do with baby girl being breech for so long! I noticed immediate benefit walking away from my first appointment. She explained things so clearly and demonstrated excellent and intuitive understanding of the body. I had my third appointment today and I've been feeling SO much better! I highly recommend chiropractic care postpartum and would definitely give Dr. Campbell my strong endorsement. read more

Beautiful building! Feels so comfortable and welcoming. They seem to have a lot of services to choose from. Staff was friendly and everything was clean. I joined for yoga classes. I have not had a massage, acupuncture or chiropractic treatment here. I attend several yoga classes. They are mostly gentle classes. I think they have a few harder flow classes that I have not attended. The teachers are very friendly and helpful. If you go to Michael's classes he plays the didgeridoo, native flute or the singing bowls, which adds a very nice touch to the class. Current prices are: unlimited $109 a month and 12 classes a month for $79. They have more price structures, but these are the ones I can remember. They sometimes have specials price for a few months. They also have workshops and special classes that are an additional cost. All-around a nice natural healing center. read more

I scheduled a new patient exam with one of the chiropractors at Indigo Wellness through their website. I made this appointment because it was one of the soonest I could get that was covered by my insurance. Each chiropractor accepts different insurance and the website lists them out for each dr, so I made sure that the chiropractor I was going to accepted my Kaiser insurance. When I showed up for my appointment, the receptionist was very pleasant and mentioned that he should have called me this morning to go over what insurance I would be using (I believe I put that information in the online form I filled out last week when I made the appt) -- turns out that chiropractor doesn't actually accept Kaiser insurance. I was told that I could make an appointment with the owner, but her 1st available new patient exam was 2 1/2 weeks out. I hurt now and have already waited a week for my appointment-- I'm not waiting 2+ more weeks for another one. I was then offered a waived membership and to pay out of pocket for the appointment at $135. NO THANK YOU! Not when my co-pay is only $25. They had a WEEK to verify my insurance and I did my due diligence in making sure they accepted the insurance I have and now I have to find someplace else to make an appointment. They apparently are going to update their website and correct the information, but if you plan to make an appointment, my advice is to call their office and hopefully you won't be given incorrect information. I understand that mistakes happen, but I'm extremely frustrated that I had to waste my time today. read more

Dr, Zohra Campbell is pretty great! However I can not say that for her staff. I started going there Nov 2017 after a co-worker said she went there. My ins covers all but a $25.00 co-pay. My co-worker has the same ins. and has never gotten a bill. I however have! I called to talk to some one who started talking about my ins and said I had Kaiser ins! I do not... After she got the right ins i asked her what the bill was for. I was told it was for exercise training... I have never had training that i would consider exercise training.. A gal came into the exam room, held up a stratchy band and said do this. She did a stretch thing twice and handed me a paper telling me to do this at home. My co worker had had this done too and never got a bill. They also told me i was there only 1 time last year. Wrong again. Every time i have called and tried to talk to some one i have been met with rudeness and harsh words. I will not be returning ever. Too bad. Dr. Campbell was pretty great. read more

I went to their downtown location which is accessed from the alley behind Reed Opera house. Very friendly and welcoming, I immediately felt at home. Prices are reasonable and on par with the market. The classes I took turned out to be mostly easier classes, with shorter holds and more basic positions. Though I haven't been able attend some of the evening vinyasa classes, which might be a little more challenging. I definitely could see myself making this my Yoga home in Salem read more

The location is nice. The studio itself is very spacious with a beautiful view. It is a very clean space. The staff is very friendly. But, the yoga class itself is super boring. It's in a cold room, which I personally don't like as I typically do hot yoga, heated to about 105 degrees. It was a 75 minute class. I did not sweat at all. Literally, not at all. Not even one bit. I was counting down the time for this to end. Glad I only purchased a drop in. I will never go here again. If you're into hot yoga, don't go here. read more

Dr. Blake Testa is FANTASTIC. I have many issues in my neck and both the upper and lower back. I always got the feeling that what I said was listened to and the chiropractic care I received was very well tailored to meet my needs. After four sessions I feel great! The drop in price for yoga classes are expensive. The studio is really nice and clean, and the teachers are nice and knowlegable, and you can use mats and equipment provided at the studio for the yoga classes. Plus, if you go to the $5 Friday class, the yogi plays the didgeridoo. read more

I am so glad that Salem has Indigo. I have seen Zohra for chiropractic care since I moved here 7 years ago. I have some congenital back issues and have also had some sports injuries. She has helped with both. She really takes the time to learn my back and figure out what it needs so I can be pain free and do all the activities I love to do. read more

I went to their new location down in the Pringle Plaza. The Sunday yoga class is fabulous! I was a little annoyed they wouldn't honor a coupon I had. It did not have an expiration date on it, should still be valid. But, the class put me into a zen state and I got over it. read more

My care with Dr. Zohra was acceptable, but her communication skills were not ideal. For example, she asked if I only used the activator on my neck. I have also been comfortable using it on my shoulders, so I said no, anywhere is fine. Turns out she was asking she could crack my neck, or if I only wanted the activator on my neck. It was startling and uncomfortable when she did then crack my neck, and poorly communicated. I also had poor experiences with Annie (in billing?). She was rude, and would not answer direct questions until I explained my insurance company might need to look into the situation to make sure there was no fraud going on, and so I needed answers for them. After that, she was passive aggressively rude (but no longer outwardly). I stated I would no longer use their services, and she seemed fine with losing a customer. All in all, not great experiences with a company that bases itself in healing and care. read more
