Her prices are reasonable, her space is clean, smells fresh, relaxing set zen atmosphere, soothing music/candles and always a candy/treat of some sort to munch on. She's certified on multiple techniques from prenatal, to lymphatic drainage, to hot stones, deep tissue and etc. I go there for deep tissue massage and never leave disappointed. I'm pretty picky and prior to Amanda I was jumping around trying to find that good fit and sense of satisfaction for deep tissue massage. I highly recommend Amanda. She listens to what your needs are, works on areas of injury and on top of all that: shes an amazing listener and engages in conversation if you want it.

Because they couldn't confirm safe products, our soaking tub ended up being filled with just warm water instead of any of the advertised aromatherapy, Himalayan salt, or coconut milk options -- yet we were still charged full price. No apology or acknowledgment was offered despite the incorrect information given prior to our visit. It was especially disappointing because we otherwise had a great experience at the hotel, but the spa service and customer care did not match that standard.

The lounge was water, coffee, tea, and a handful of snacks available while you wait. My husband and I were picked up promptly at our start time and were led into our room. The ladies that worked with us were great and did a good job adjusting things for us as needed. Since I'm pregnant, they had special pillows for me so that I could lay in my stomach.
