I utilized her services dating back to 2018 when she started to clean my apartment in Downtown St Pete and my previous house in Clearwater. I recently bought a new home in Valrico and her company was the first company I chose to clean my house. She agreed that the job to deep clean my new 3,000 sq ft house in Valrico would be $900 (including cleaning windows inside). When I arrived, Andrea was not there, but being the trust I had in her I didn't think it was a big deal. 6 hours later, my fiancé arrives at the home only to see areas that were clearly missed and areas (like the floor and cabinet) that was never cleaned. My fiancé's feet were black when walking on the floor. I texted Andrea to resolve the issue, and all she did was apologize and didn't offer me any solution. She just begged that I pay her girls for their time and offered to take $100 off the price. News flash, I could have cleaned the house better than they did. Either her team is lazy or can't clean, one or the other. Don't own a business if you aren't willing to give the customer WHAT THEY PAID FOR!!! To top it all off, they broke a bottom piece of refrigerator that prevents the door from staying open and the magnet mechanism, so had to pay $200 for a company to come and fix it. So in summary, I got robbed out of $1,000. She is lucky I paid her at all. Do not hire this company at ANY costs unless you are home a monitoring them, but even then you should hire a PROFESSIONAL company for your cleaning needs. A toddler could clean better than this company. I will be reporting her and her company to the Better Business Bureau as well.
