Natasha saved my butt. I had a cleaner suddenly throw a tirade and quit on me when I confronted them about some bad reviews that had come in for my vacation rental. As I am not local, I was left in the lurch with the entire month of July booked, and in desperate need of a cleaning crew. (I had guests checking in the very next day!) I cold-called Natasha and she immediately went over to my vacation rental and did an hour long video walk through with me, confirming my suspicions that my previous cleaner had been less than stellar. During the walk-through it became apparent that Natasha's attention to detail was fantastic and exactly what I needed. She has experience cleaning for the hospitality industry, working in hotels. She knew what needed to be done to get my vacation rental back in order and that it needed to be done quickly - including dusting window sills, base boards, fans, cleaning appliances, restocking expendables and even changing a few light bulbs and a shower head. She was able to carve out some time to do a last minute deep clean before my next guests arrived and saved me!
