Also, they tried to charge me for work that had not been completed. Not sure if he is still there to this day, but Randy was highly unprofessional and literally yelled at me to leave their office, even though he ultimately gave me a credit to my bill because he knew I was right. I had to physically go to their office, as I was not getting a call back after leaving numerous messages about their mistake. Always double check what they are trying to charge you for. It was not a good experience.

While they were in the house, he noticed my hot water heater was starting to leak. I was able to go through my home warranty to get it replaced (although they choose the plumber on that and it wasn't Witt.) That day, I had the outlet moved, ready for them to come back and finish the water pipes to the shower and faucet. I tried calling numerous times on 2 days for an appointment. They would not answer my calls nor call me back. Now my son and I are going to have to finish this job on our own. If I could give no stars, I would. Beware of this company. Only after further investigation did I find that this company is known for its crooked dealings. Many people in the community have had issues and they all say the same thing, never again. When our sewer line broke, we called them from a referral from a friend a year or so before. the…read morecame out looked at the downstairs in crawl space (maybe took half-hour at most) said they didn't have any tools in their truck that they would come back on Monday, they didn't come had to call them and was told there was no appointment scheduled, so she made appointment for the next Monday, showed up and fixed a broke pipe and snaked from toilet max of an hour. and said they would need to come back with camera, that took another week, sent 2 men and they still could not figure it out, said would have to dig up the yard, they were here for about an hour at most, charged us for 5.5 hours@$135 hr. they said it would be at least 2 weeks before they could get back out. in meantime husband called a family member who helped us dig it up and we called another plumber, (who had it fixed within an hour of arriving, and charged us less) this company strings there customers along and gouges them on prices, when i tried to call them to refute their pricing and hours they hung up and would not answer their phone I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!! PS. the whole 3 and half weeks we were without a toilet upstairs and had sewage coming through a basement wall, and had to use bathroom in basement and being disabled was very hard for me to get down the stairs. we also couldn't wash clothes, shower, and had to do dished in a dish pan and empty water outside

They graciously came back to my house and fixed it for free, just in case they had done something wrong, which I appreciated.
