Also, they tried to charge me for work that had not been completed. Not sure if he is still there to this day, but Randy was highly unprofessional and literally yelled at me to leave their office, even though he ultimately gave me a credit to my bill because he knew I was right. I had to physically go to their office, as I was not getting a call back after leaving numerous messages about their mistake. Always double check what they are trying to charge you for. It was not a good experience.

While they were in the house, he noticed my hot water heater was starting to leak. I was able to go through my home warranty to get it replaced (although they choose the plumber on that and it wasn't Witt.) They did come the next day. My tub is jetted and they told me that the outlet was placed on the wrong wall and couldn't finish. That day, I had the outlet moved, ready for them to come back and finish the water pipes to the shower and faucet. I tried calling numerous times on 2 days for an appointment. They would not answer my calls nor call me back. Now my son and I are going to have to finish this job on our own. If I could give no stars, I would. Beware of this company. Only after further investigation did I find that this company is known for its crooked dealings. Many people in the community have had issues and they all say the same thing, never again. But by then it's too late. They have the customers money, the damage is done, and now the customers have to shell out more money to a reputable company to actually get the job done correctly.
