I was a new patient and went in for an exam. I was told that Perfect Smiles wanted to do full…read morex-rays. I told them that I would do it if the insurance covered it. They supposedly checked and told me it was covered. It was not covered. I do not like being lied to. I had a followup appointment for dental work to be done scheduled. They had cancelled this appointment and informed me that they would reschedule. This was in the middle of me trying to straighten out the billing discrepancy. They eventually fixed this problem. I haven't heard from them since to reschedule the appointment they cancelled. Not impressed with them. I went to this dentist because my past dentists have had different problems ranging from insurance to not being able to do what they told me they could do. Looks like I will be looking for a new dentist. If they had been honest in the first place, I would still be a patient.
