She was sensitive to my heightened gag reflex since I am pregnant and watched for any signs of my gums not being healthy since it's a higher risk during pregnancy. A week and a half later and my teeth still feel SO CLEAN! I got to be in the bird room office - a corner space with enormous windows on two sides and a view of a bird feeder in a big evergreen tree with tons of cute birds coming and going as you get your teeth cleaned. It was beautiful and relaxing. Dr. Lubbe was positive, fun and answered all my questions. It was a wonderful experience.

Besides the amazing front desk staff, they have an amazing dental provider and it just seems like the whole team is super helpful supportive and they genuinely care about you and your family members Dental needs. I forgot to take a picture of the outside, but it looks like a cute little house as you're driving towards the library and I have lived in town for over a year and a half and I never noticed it until my kids had their first appointment. On my initial call to them, I made it very clear that I wanted to be a patient of one dentist and one hygienist. I was told that would not be a problem. I originally met with Nathan Tillman. At first things seemed fine, but as the months passed and I needed follow up visits, it became clear that I would be seen and treated by any dentist available. This does not in my experience fair well for continuity, consistency or trust. A few years back, I needed to have a tooth extracted and I was sadly scheduled with Dr May. He not only failed to extract the tooth, he also failed to properly place the bone graft, leaving me in tremendous pain and two weeks later, I honestly had to have a second extraction on the same tooth. (I do not wish this on my enemies) Then I had to fight to get the office to remove the charges for the failed bone graft. Needless to say, over the last two years it has been sketchy at best. Statements are rarely if ever sent. Over a year ago the office stopped taking my insurance and never sent me any official statement explaining why. The last example is the reason why I reviewing now. I was seen a few weeks ago to have a limited exam and some very minimal treatment done. The female dentist told the assistant to get me a treatment plan for Botox injections. Once I got to the front, I was never given any treatment plan, I was never asked for any payment and I left. I received an actual statement last Friday. I reviewed the statement and saw that there were a few errors in the charges. One example I am happy to share was they charged me for a filling on a tooth that has been gone for over 3 years. I called on Monday to speak with someone. Never got a reply. I walked into the office the next day. Was told that operations manager and doctors were in a meeting and I would get a call after two pm. Now here we are- on Thursday. The only correspondence that I have received is a confirmation text. So I called this morning and told the front girl to cancel all appointments and deactivate my account. She didn't even ask me why. This was a terrible experience and I hope that by sharing all that I have, a few of you will make educated choices and find another practice for your dental needs.

It's possible that individual was there and has since left. That being said, I know that Dr. Eager's name is on the business. I am a Quality Assurance professional. If any patient is unhappy with how he or she has been treated at any medical office, ask to speak to the top person. Dr. Eager goes out of her way to ensure that my visits are pain-free. I'm sorry for this gentleman's experience. We're all human, even medical professionals. Bad apples exist everywhere. If you're in pain, ask to speak with Dr. Eager. From a QA perspective, Management needs to know if employees are not meeting patients' needs. There are at least three reasons for this: 1.) The patient needs further care. 2.) There may have been other complaints against the individual. Let the business know because the more reports, the more accurate the picture is of what is going on. 3.) The office cannot take action nor respond if it doesn't know a situation exists.

The staff was so nice. I wasn't nervous at all. From the check in to paying my co pay. Everyone was amazing. A lot of people are jerks. They want it NOW on their terms. Call backs.........HA HA. People don't answer their phones any more , or call back. These are the same entitled jerks who leave a bad review. These are the same jerks that are NO SHOW / NO CALL, then expect a reschedule next week. Office staff was prompt and courteous. Dr Bouffard listened to all my concerns and took the time to explain. His assistant was very nice. What more can you ask for? Got follow up appt. in a week. Consultation appt with 2nd DR. in 3 weeks.

Today I experienced the worst visit I have ever had. I got there early, 8am appointment was there at 10 of to be safe, first appointment of the day and didn't get started until quarter after because the hygienist Marissa was not ready. I felt extremely uncomfortable with both her conversation topics (complaining about their equipment and talking about their high turnover rates with hygienists) as well as the 20+ minutes of almost being drowned with a water pick while I was told to move my head and neck into extremely uncomfortable positions to make it more convenient for her and make HER more comfortable. I was so uncomfortable, was sprayed multiple times and had her entire hand resting over my eye at one point with skin contact. After 40 minutes of the appointment time she still hadn't started brushing/polishing my teeth and instead was lecturing me on flossing. Again while not actually cleaning my teeth, just sitting there. I said I had no plan to, and just wanted my cleaning done. Again this is 40 minutes in, and I do have a job of my own to get to. She struck my cheek, I am guessing in her mind it was playful, but as someone who was already EXTREMELY uncomfortable at that point it was completely unnecessary and unwarranted. I got up, said I was all set and left. I asked the woman at the front desk if there was a comment card I could complete and she said I could just tell her the problem. Like I said I have a job to get to, so I called on my way there and explained the whole situation as I am doing here. She apologized but said all she could do was make sure the next time I was with a different hygienist. Keep in mind Marissa is already the 4th one I have seen in two years so the odds of that were pretty high anyway. But since there is no other solution, or comment card for the real manager/ owner. Here is it. They would not provide MARISSA's last name, but when I find a NEW dental office, I will be sure to make sure she is not on staff there.
