They didn't wash the truck bed and the owner yelled at me in broken English that I didn't tell him I wanted that washed. I didn't realize I needed to tell you sir, since it was listed as one of the things included in the Maximo detailed cleaning. There is only 4 people working slowly. The vacuum job, which was the minimum requested work was poor. Sand, potato chips, debris still there, and this was a daily clean vehicle in the first place. I brought this up, showed him and he said, what do you want? Goes to show, you can't just pass a thriving business over to anyone who was working there and expect it to continue to thrive. Detailer never showed up. After several attempts to reach the owner again he finally got back to us and rescheduled. Guess what? No show again. After final attempts to reach him he got back and offered a refund. Guess what? No refund has been provided after 2 months of no calls/texts back. Poor communication, does not deliver what is promised, and feel like I have been ripped off. Super disappointing because I purposely looked for a local business I could support and then this happens. Small claims court, here we come.

Where do I begin? They were hired to ceramic coat my car and said it would take a few days. So, I…read moredropped my car off Sunday evening to help them get a head start. 3 days became 4 days, then 5 days, and I finally got my car done after 10 days. I get my car back and now scratches that I had taken care of by another detailing company were now back. They ended up losing a piece on my seatbelt, so I asked that they replace it, however I ended up having to search for that part and yes they reimbursed me. 14 months later I notice that there is a spot on my car that is a pre rust bubble, so I take my car to a boy shop (I got the ceramic coating to prevent this). The body shop then informs me that my car doesn't appear to have much ceramic coating remaining. I inquire about the warranty and they are pretty much saying that because I used a car wash that has a brush they are off the hook and that ceramic coating is not an extra layer of protection. They also ended up calling the other detailer/body shop and said some unpleasant things to them. Working with them has been the gift that keeps on giving but in a bad way. I gave them a bad review and next thing I know the two guys at project phantom gave my company 2 bad reviews and we never did work for them.
