They claim it was nothing their machine did. I can't imagine how this damage possibly could have been done by any other means. UPDATE since they responded to contact them: I had already been in contact and escalated to a general manager. He had me come through, and ran my car through the wash while he watched. He told me he didn't see anything damaging the car (I certainly wouldn't expect it to do it every time? But clearly the brushes were contaminated or something when I ran it through previously.) He would only say "the machine is designed not to damage cars" (well I would certainly hope so!) and that this "doesn't normally happen" (again I wouldn't expect it to happen frequently, but it DID happen) he offered me $100 claiming I could get paint correction for ~$150-200 (false) Avoid this place if you like your paint unscratched.

On a recent occasion, there was construction debris in one of the bays and a large nail went through my shoe and into my foot. I called to make them aware and to let them know the spot free rinse wasn't working and received NOTHING from a customer service perspective. Not an apology, an offer to remove the charge, a discounted or free wash, an "I'm sorry that happened, are you ok?". NOTHING except a "you enter at your own risk" response and "construction vehicles go through there all the time". So, if you value your car tires, how your car looks, and don't want nails in your feet, I would recommend going elsewhere.

The pro's? - 2 Bays for each garage. - Beeper letting you know when your time is going to run out. - Change machines and an accessory machine. - Slow times you can dry off your car in an enclosed place. - The bays and surrounding lot are clean. The con's? - The vacuums are ok but compared to other places, they are on par with those places. They really must take a beating. - The people using those vacuums who are in my way and I can't get in to the wash. But really. We recently moved an hour away from the car wash and had a billing issue with being charged monthly, even though I thought I had canceled it back several months ago. The general manager, Tony (and employee Mike prior to speaking with Tony) were both EXTREMELY helpful and VERY patient with me and my situation. i explained we had moved an hour away and wouldn't be using them anymore. Even though they knew it would be unusual for us to do business with them in the future because of the logistics, they both were incredibly helpful!!! Was looking for a new place to get a car wash, this one caught my attention cause they offered free…read moremat cleaners. Went to the website and they gave me a free month of whatever wash for a trial. I got the works of course which is normally 39.99 a month. Most times I visited, they didnt have an attendant when you pull in which was a little different than what I'm used to, but they had a little screen to tell you when to pull in and when to put your car in neutral. One thing I thought was super helpful was when you pull in, the screen also tells you what car wash you purchased, so I knew exactly what I was getting. A few times during the month, it gave me the wrong wash but since I had unlimited, I just drove through again. After the wash, pull around to the vacuums and they also had the self serve mat cleaners. This was my first time using them, you can have them clean with or without water. You press a button, stick the mat in and it comes out the bottom. Only once did I have a mat get stuck, otherwise, great experience. Only complaint about the car wash, which is the same for every one I've tried is that it never completely dries the car off. I think everyone just does it themselves in the vacuum area, but I can dream cant i.
