I went back, and he searched through the day's collections, unfortunately with no success. That was not the end of the matter though. He said sometimes it takes a few days for thins to travel through the system, and he would look through the collections for a while to see what came up. Not only did he stay true to that commitment, he communicated it to others. A few days later a different manager called me. A ring had been found, and it seemed to match the description of mine. Sure enough, it was my ring. I was frankly stunned at the follow up and full-team effort from this group to reunite me with this ring.

It is unscrupulous business practice. Scammy! As a final note: The detailer did an excellent job. But be prepared to walk away once you find out about any extra charges.

And that dreaded day came and they were on the list of the insurance. They were very responsive and they told me went to bring my car and they worked on it within the timeframe they set up. It happened I was overseas when they were done and they were nice enough to accommodate me and keep the car there for a week or so till I come back. It was repaired so well even my colleagues at work could not tell it was repaired. The paint quality and the finishing was perfect. They even cleaned it from the inside better than I do myself which was not expected but highly appreciate it.
