He would not force you to do now than you can handle and when it came time for stretches he did not force my body but actually worked with it and respected the limitations. Not only David but the whole staff is extremely friendly. Kim is an amazing person who genuinely cares and will help you with whatever you need and do her best to work with your schedule. Then I received another statement with a break down of what I owed a few weeks later. This place told me they took my insurance and I had asked what the price was if my insurance didn't pay ahead of time. When the bill came out, it cost more to use my insurance because of the way Professional Physical Therapy bills insurance. I found this absurd and has called their billing department only to get the run around with 3 different representatives and finally find out that I was responsible for the insurance amount even though it cost more than if I didn't have insurance. The person who wrote on their Google review to make sure you get all prices in writing before you start is right. It shouldn't cost more to have insurance, but it did. I had also asked my therapist multiple times about where to buy the tools he had at home so I could do therapy at home when I couldn't make it into the office and he had said some of the tools, including one I was looking at was a little expensive, saying one tool was $35.' Well it cost way more to do the therapy in person, which I guess was the goal of the company.
