It's exactly 1 year since my "first" 4 area hand surgery. I still have lots of nerve pain & weak…read morehand with limited usage, now trigger left ring finger due to over compensating right handicap. I am blessed to have met Rhonda (OT) after my second surgery. She often fix and adjust my brace(s) and even offered supplies when my insurance is too slow. She genuinely cares about my recovery and wanting to return to work. She offers me various options to gain more range of motion, provides one-on-one treatments including ultrasound and stretching. James (OT Assistant) is also wonderful, always prepared with my tools, along with humor to make this experience more pleasant. He is a hard worker & goes out of his way to help Rhonda & her patients. They both are so compassionate to my needs. I can't thank them enough, I hope PM&R management can acknowledge and reward these staff as they are priceless to me!

I went to go see Dr. Philip Tasca at Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at 500 Grand Ave.,…read moreInglewood, NJ about a month ago because of having lower back pain radiating down my left leg. I had some concerns in the beginning because I had brought in MRI images to him and he did not deem it necessary to review the MRI before he started a treatment plan. I did not follow my instincts and proceeded to get Cortizone shots in my back to relieve the pain. The Cortizone shots did not last long and I am still in pain. I received an automated appointment confirmation the day before my follow-up appointment. I came in after three weeks of the initial visit to let him know I was still in pain, only to find out He is on vacation. The young lady at the front Desk look but surprised and said "oh no one called you"., I reply no, but I had a computer asked me to confirm my appointment. Don't put your trust in a place that will do a procedure without looking at images and not be there when you need them or have a decency to call you to let you know That they won't be there to help you. Researching doctors is very important.
